Soy Sloppy Joes

Tonight we had Sloppy Joes from the book The Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet by Nava Atlas. We've had them a few times now and they're pretty yummy. We eat them open-faced on delicious sesame buns. A nice, quick, high-protein meal with enough leftovers for a lunch.
